• Added a City column to the Monitoring Dashboard Incident table: We have updated the monitoring dashboard incident table with a new column that allows you to identify incidents by City.

Building on the Installation Dashboard introduced earlier this year, SecureStat HQ now lets you track installation projects at the location level. The new Locations view includes an Installation tab that lists all installation projects for that location over the past year.

See installations in a new way
Just like the Installation Dashboard, the Location view includes key information to monitor and report on installation projects so that local users can focus on what is most important to them:

• Sort results by status, completion date, and other parameters
• See full details on a project by clicking on the project number
• Customize columns to see the details you want
• Export data on projects in csv format, as well as a pdf of details on a specific project

You can find the Installation tab by navigating to any location that you have access to.

Introducing two new ways for you to track and report on your installation projects. Installation Dashboard provides a visual overview of all your installation projects while Installation Messenger delivers automated email updates on the status of specific projects. They are accessible to designated SecureStat HQ users on all subscription plans.

Installation Dashboard
Installation Dashboard provides real-time visibility into the status of installation projects across your sites. It’s a visual view that enables operations, sales, and project teams to monitor progress, identify delays, and ensure timely project completion.

Installation Messenger
A new feature of our Messenger suite, Installation Messenger delivers key updates on your installation projects.

• SecureStat Alarm available on mobile devices: From June 26th users can access SecureStat Alarm on mobile devices, for on-the-go management of your intrusion system. You'll be able to complete essential tasks remotely, including arming/disarming, checking system status, bypassing alarm zones, and managing users' Personal Identification Numbers.

• Service Request: The latest updates to the interface mean that the Service Request PO field will now display throughout SecureStat HQ (i.e. service request cards, dashboard, reports).

• Improved Alarm Activity Reports & Activity Feeds: We've improved our event category filter selection to provide a more comprehensive list of activity types. You can now select which activity types you want to see displayed from our new industry standard groupings.
• Updated service requests: We've removed the "Planned Preventive Maintenance" Problem Type as these will be moved to Atlas for actual inspections.

• Faster Mobile Experience: On iOS & Android, your activity data will now show events from the past 24 hours.
• Service Request Scheduled Notifications: To reduce frequent notifications we have removed "Service Request Scheduled" Notification message subscriptions.
